Is yoga equal to your workout?

Often Yoga instructors advertise that Yoga is the ultimate form of training to lose fat, build strength, improve fitness, etc. Some even go on to claim that Yoga can cure cancer, diabetes, etc, etc, etc. So is Yoga good enough to be a full and complete workout? And if you wish to do Yoga then should you give up weight training, sprinting, and other forms of exercise?
