When I first heard about Bodypump, I had a feeling that it had something to do with aerobics. Upon investigation, I found out that my gut feeling was indeed right. Basically bodypump is a group class where its participants use a barbell to do lots of reps, in the hopes to get fit and lose fat. Does this system really deliver what it promises?
