Countdown to a healthy summer: must try workouts this April

As the summer heats up, most of us will now start becoming conscious of the fat that we might have accumulated during the winter feasts. After all you can no longer hide behind thick clothes any more. Of course you do know that training and diet is the answer to your problem, and the sooner you begin the better it is.
