Welcome to my blog
First of all I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to come visit my blog. I look forward to helping and guiding you with your physical development through my blog on various aspects of training, nutrition, motivation, recovery, etc so that you can have the very best in terms of strength and fitness.
Who am I, and why should you listen to me?
To begin with I am a strength and fitness enthusiast just like you, and do not have any special genetics, nor do I use performance enhancing drugs to "get there" via short cuts! I have spent years and years researching on what works best to build strength, muscle, fitness and burn fat by trying out various methods on myself, my clients, and sometimes my unfortunate friends who I pushed too hard at times.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for sometime now, and have worked with various types of clients, including athletes, businessmen, beauty pageant contestants, teachers, housewives, busy corporate employees, etc. Besides training people I have also helped people via articles that you can find on various sites all over the internet, and through magazines too. I have helped many people improve their health, fitness, strength and overall sense of wellness through my methods, and I ask you to also try them the way I have described in this blog to discover for yourself how you can benefit from them too.
What is unique about this blog?
The web world is a great place for gathering information for almost any topic, including strength and fitness. Everyday more and more people are being exposed to the online world, and truly the information age is taking over every part of this planet. Having said that it is also true that despite the never ending wealth of knowledge and information related to strength and fitness that is available online, we as a society collectively are becoming weaker and fatter! Yes, look around yourself and you will see more and more examples of how the human race is becoming a pathetic example of strength and fitness.
Why is this happening? There are of course many reasons like laziness, abundance of junk food, lack of physical activity, etc. but why is the internet failing to help? In my opinion there is one major explanation, that is, THERE IS TOO MUCH INFORMATION OUT THERE.
Yes, hard to believe but true, that too much of such a good thing can be bad. If you try to find out something as simple a "how to get strong", the search engines will offer you thousands and thousands of pages that you can read. While it is a good thing to have a ton of information available, the problem arises when most of the sites give us too complicated information that most of us find hard to understand. No wonder then that a lot of enthusiasts stop trying at that time, and the remaining become what is called research addicts. Research addicts refers to those people who constantly keep researching on a particular topic, and never or rarely take action based on their research. Yes, I have come across many such folks who can argue with me for an hour on a particular topic, but do not do even 10 workouts in a year.
Through this site I aim to help simplify your path towards strength and fitness, and help you to learn the most powerful and effective strategies that I know so that you do not have to spend weeks, months, or even years in frustration trying to find out what works, and what does not. In this site you will find:
- Articles
- Videos
- Photos
- Interviews with other experts
- Questions asked by trainees and the solutions offered by me
- Etc
By going through the powerful content that is presented to you for free in this site, you will learn and get rid of the doubts that maybe stopping you from getting stronger and fitter.
Feel free to go through the content presented to you in this blog at your own pace and try out the methods described. I am sure that with time you will understand why simplicity is the best policy, and I am confident that you will never go back to those complicated and worthless programs that leaves a person more confused than informed.
So go ahead and take that step to become that man or woman who is strong, fit and feels great about their life. Be the one who everyone looks upto and wants to be like. I hope to play my small little role in your empowerment.
Yours in strength and fitness,
Arnav Sarkar
